Q:How to reduce oil temperature of VSI Sand Making Machine in hot summer?
A:VSI system sand adopts dilute oil lubrication, each device has special oil lubrication station. In the hot summer, it usually reduces oil temperature by injecting water to the water cooling system of dilute oil lubrication station. Lubrication oil station is equipped with automatic alarm devices, automatic water supply system will be open when the oil temperature is more than 60C, while the machine will stop automatically when the temperature is beyond 70C.
